Kim Lange, the owner of the blog named The Baking ChocoloTess, and I have a lot in common. First, we are both mad for chocolate. We were both born with an unrepentant and demanding sweet tooth. And like me, Kim is also trying to limit her intake of sweets. As Kim writes in her blog, some days that just means refraining from eating the entire pan of brownies. I laughed out loud when I read that on Kim’s blog…are you in my head, Kim? Most days I can satisfy my sweet tooth with a piece of toast slathered with one of the Elderberry Jams, Jelly or Preserves we make, but some days I just want a bonafide dessert. Because Kim’s dessert prowess isn’t limited to chocolate, I figured that she would enjoy the challenge of coming up with a dessert featuring our Blueberry Elderberry Preserves. Kim did not disappoint! Kim, the Baking ChocoloTess, has some mad talents. Not only did Kim create a beautiful and oh-so-tasty dessert with our Blueberry Elderberry Preserves, the photos she took are stunning. I found it impossible to select just one photo to share with you so I’m sharing all three.
