Norm’s Farms created this sparkling cocktail exclusively for Abe’s Market and the Scoop. Light and refreshing, Abe’s Request is the perfect drink for sipping by the fire over the holidays!
Ingredients
- 4 oz chilled hard cider
- ½ oz Lillet
- ¼ oz Crème de Cassis
- ¼ oz Elderberry Wellness Syrup
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Directions
- Mix Lillet, Crème de Cassis, Elderberry Syrup and Angostura Bitters in a shaker over ice, shake well. Strain mixture into a wine glass and top with chilled cider. Garnish with orange peel.
