At Norm's Farms, we are constantly exploring what it means to have sustainable business practices. Therefore, deciding to use "green shipping practices" was a no-brainer. We use post-consumer recycled boxes and eco-friendly cushioning for our product shipments. (The only time we can't use a recycled box is when a customer specifically requests USPS flat rate shipping and we have to use a new USPS box.)

We take pride in every order we fill for you and want to ensure safe arrival of each and every one. We hope that you too will see the benefit of using post-consumer recycled materials in all the orders we process for you. Please do your part and recycle with us.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products and packaging that they receive. Therefore, we will happily refund and/or replace any products that our customers are not satisfied with.
